Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "92pkr7" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" — refers to the online gaming platform operating under the domain https://92pkr7.vip and all associated services, mobile-optimised interfaces, and sub-domains.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 92pkr7 platform for any purpose including but not limited to placing wagers, participating in casino games, or redeeming promotions.
• "Account" — refers to the personal gaming account created by a Player upon completing the 92pkr7 registration process, including the associated PKR wallet balance.
• "Real Money Balance" — refers to funds deposited into a 92pkr7 Account via an approved payment channel that are available for wagering and withdrawal subject to these Terms.
• "Bonus Balance" — refers to any promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus funds credited to a 92pkr7 Account as part of a promotional offer, which are subject to separate wagering conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the total amount a Player must wager using bonus funds before those funds or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 92pkr7 platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active Account on the 92pkr7 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 92pkr7 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all associated balances forfeited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed voluntarily through 92pkr7's responsible gaming tools or through any external regulatory or judicial authority.
• Single Account: You must not hold, and must not have previously held, another active or suspended 92pkr7 Account. Each individual is permitted exactly one Account. Household members sharing a device or payment method must each register independently and are subject to individual account limits.
• Accurate Information: All registration information you provide — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, CNIC number, and contact details — must be accurate, complete, and current at all times.
• Non-Restricted Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing 92pkr7 from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law in a manner that creates legal liability for the Player.

92pkr7 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Registration of an Account does not constitute a guarantee of ongoing service access, which remains subject to these Terms & Conditions at all times.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 92pkr7 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party, permit any other person to access your Account, or use another person's Account under any circumstances.

Any activity conducted through your Account — including wagers placed, bonuses redeemed, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility regardless of whether it was authorised by you or carried out by a third party who gained access to your credentials. 92pkr7 bears no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

• You must notify 92pkr7 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or believe your credentials have been compromised.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All 92pkr7 Account transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 92pkr7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the 92pkr7 platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited and may be automatically returned to the originating payment source.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts or wallets that have been verified as belonging to the registered Account holder. 92pkr7 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in different names, or unverified payment sources.

• Source of Funds: 92pkr7 may request documentary evidence of the source of deposited funds as part of its anti-money laundering compliance obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal suspension pending review.
• Deposit Matching: For the purpose of fraud prevention, withdrawals will where possible be processed back to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit, up to the deposited amount. Remaining balances may be processed via an alternative verified channel.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds awarded by 92pkr7 carry a wagering requirement. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Game Contributions: Different game types may contribute different percentages toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%. • No-Bonus Play: Players who prefer to play without a bonus attached to their Account may opt out of bonus crediting at any time by contacting 92pkr7 support prior to making a qualifying deposit.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on the 92pkr7 platform — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports markets, crash games, or virtual sports — are subject to the specific rules governing each product in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

• Finality of Bets: Once a wager has been accepted and confirmed by the 92pkr7 system, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. 92pkr7 reserves the right to void any wager where a technical error, data feed error, or obvious pricing error occurred at the time of bet acceptance.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 92pkr7 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of a third party.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21 years.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in any manner, including placing wagers, navigating interfaces, or exploiting promotional systems.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Attempting to launder money or use the 92pkr7 platform for any purpose connected with financial crime, fraud, or illegal activity.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the platform's code or game logic to generate outcomes not intended by the system. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known bug must be reported and will be voided.

• Using the 92pkr7 brand name, logo, or trade dress in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without express written consent.
• Scraping, data mining, or systematically extracting content or data from the 92pkr7 platform using automated means.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92pkr7, its directors, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 92pkr7 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunity.

92pkr7's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions, regardless of the basis of the claim, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their 92pkr7 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

92pkr7 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may result in temporary platform unavailability. 92pkr7 will endeavour to communicate planned maintenance periods in advance where operationally practicable.

Suspension & Termination

92pkr7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent registration or verification information.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months without any login, deposit, or wagering activity.
• Regulatory requirement, court order, or direction from a competent authority.
• Risk management decisions made at 92pkr7's operational discretion, including but not limited to unusual wagering patterns or withdrawal behaviour.

Upon Account termination for cause, 92pkr7 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any Bonus Balance. Real Money Balances will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding compliance review, except where withholding is required by applicable law or regulatory direction.

Privacy & Data

92pkr7 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the 92pkr7 Privacy Policy as published at /privacy-policy.

Your personal data is used by 92pkr7 for the purposes of Account management, transaction processing, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and the delivery of promotional communications where you have provided consent. 92pkr7 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Amendments to These Terms

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent court or arbitral tribunal to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall be interpreted to give effect to the original intent of the parties to the greatest extent possible.

No failure or delay by 92pkr7 in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right or remedy preclude any further exercise thereof.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92pkr7 holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause shall limit 92pkr7's ability to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or platform integrity.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and 92pkr7 arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions or the use of the platform, the following resolution process applies:

• Step 1 — Informal Resolution: The Player must first contact 92pkr7 support at [email protected] with a written description of the dispute, the amount involved, and the desired resolution. 92pkr7 will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and endeavour to resolve the matter within 14 business days.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If the informal resolution process does not produce a satisfactory outcome, the Player may escalate the matter as a formal written complaint. 92pkr7 will provide a final written position within 28 days of receiving the formal complaint.
• Step 3 — Regulatory Escalation: If the Player remains dissatisfied following 92pkr7's final written position, the matter may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under 92pkr7's applicable gaming licence.
